Tasks

Tasks are core to your project and capture each individual item of work that has been requested from your client. These are the granular items of work that must be completed within your project.

Tasks are typically captured during a workshop or client engagement(s). Each task represents a unit of work that must be completed within the project. Tasks represent the specific work that has been requested, status, assignment information, estimates and actuals. Last, a task may be associated with actions items that must be completed prior to completing the task.
